I noticed a loose piece of plastic dangling on the undercarriage. It was close to 5 PM before the Memorial Day long weekend. My mechanic could not do it and recommended Parkway. They were very friendly and reattached the piece without charging me. That they would do this for someone who is not a regular speaks volumes. I highly recommend them!

I had such a great experience here! When I arrived I was greeted by their dogs, which made my day. I had to get the 2 inspections required by the State and the service was fast, in 20 minutes I had my car back. Everybody was very friendly! 100% reccomend!

First time going to Parkway Automotive and it won’t be my last. They told me the person I got my tires from scammed the hell out of me with the wrong size. I went back and got the right ones. But I’ve never would have known. They let me come and get my inspection like 10 mins before closing and the prices are great. Not to mention we had fun shooting the shit while waiting! Did an amazing job on my breaks and rotors!

After sitting in line waiting for an emissions test for almost half an hour (and no movement) at the corner of PWPkwy and Old Bridge (yeah, you know exactly where I was sitting), I called Parkway Automotive from my car. He told me to come on over and they'd get me in quickly. As I showed up, a couple of people made it in front of me. I was STILL out within a half an hour. Not sure what the old paratrooper's name was, but between him and his dogs they kept me entertained while the work was done. It made me feel like a kid again going to the country mechanic where I grew up. In short, I guess it felt like they give a crap about you there.

These guys came in and saved the day! My tire was punctured and needed to be plugged. The puncture happened around 4:15, I drove over to them, and my tire was patched by 5:15 and I was on my way. So kind, quick and ready to help, even though it was almost closing time. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
